Navigating

Left Side Menu

Along the left hand side you will see what's called a 'hamburger menu'. You can click the 3 stacked horizontal lines along the top to expand this menu. This menu contains the 3 following areas:

  1. Events
    1. Events will show you a list of all games/events both upcoming and ones that have passed.
    2. Clicking on an event will bring you to a screen asking you to either create or join a session. When creating a session, remember to keep a record of your session id and password. This will allow you to re-connect to it at a later point if you become disconnected and will allow others to join if you share those credentials.
    3. Once in your session, you will see 4 video feeds. These will allow you to view 4 different camera feeds simultaneously. Initially, all 4 will default to the 'TX' feed. To change this, click the video camera icon (located between the mute/unmute and the expand buttons located on the top right of each feed) and select the feed/angle you want.

      1. Clips: the clips menu will, you guessed it, allow you to create, edit, delete, copy and export clips. When creating or editing clips, you will have the options to modify the start and end timestamps of the clip and enter notes. Once you have created a clip, they will start appearing along the top of your screen as shown below.
In the image above, 'KO' and 'Ruck' are the values that have been inputted into the notes section when creating/editing the clip.
      2. Session: This tab will provide you with information regarding your session. Immediately, you will see your display name along with the session and session code. If you click the edit/pencil icon next to session details, you will
  1. Video Player
    1. The video player section will bring you back to your existing session. Be aware that if you do not disconnect from your session (see here), clicking the player will bring you to your last joined/created session.
    2. This is where you will create, edit, share and export clips.
  2. Export Video
    1. Export video is one of the areas you are able to export video files. This area allows you to export full games/events along with each camera angle/feed.
    2. Please note that most users will not use this area for exporting as most of you will want to be exporting your clips which is done through the 'events' section.

Best Practices

  1. First things first, head over to the information tab in the right hand menu and select your corresponding region. If you are experiencing delays, loading issues or anything similar, this may be the cause and you should try switching regions in order to solve that problem.

  2. When creating a session, you should always keep a note of the session id and session password that is provided to you when creating a session. You can also find this information while in your session by navigating to the 'Group' icon and clicking on the pencil/edit button to the left of 'Session Details'.
