You can see all your usage in the ‘Usage’ section found along the left sidebar. If you would like to see channel specific usage, you can navigate to the channel, click edit and navigate to the ‘usage’ tab.
Usage is broken up by type of encoder (one, apex/smart and virtual).
Mobii One:
Under this section, you will see any Mobii One encoders you have along with the SKU, purchase price, monthly connection fee, support plan, monthly support cost and support expiry.
Smart Encoders (Apex Encoders):
Under this section, you will see any smart encoders you have along with the SKU, purchase price, support plan, monthly support cost and support expiry.
Virtual Encoders:
Under this section, you will see any Virtual encoders you have along with the SKU, status, type, monthly vm cost, monthly license cost and the expiry date of your reservation.
